MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Phots by Tiffany LLC.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not sell said images or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
